Ashley’s Favourite: Ceremonial Cacao with Coconut Milk & Water

This recipe is Pachakuti ambassador Ashley's favourite. It’s creamy and light, while still letting the cacao really shine.

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 20–25g Pachakuti ceremonial-grade cacao (consciously chopped)
  • 80ml canned coconut milk (about ⅓ cup)
  • 160ml coconut water (about ⅔ cup)
  • Natural sweetener to taste (optional — raw honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar — but I don’t think you’ll need it)

Method

  1. Warm the Base
In a small pan, gently heat the coconut water and coconut milk together. Do not let it boil — just bring it to a gentle steam.
  2. Melt the Cacao
Add your chopped cacao to the warm liquid. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon or whisk until the cacao is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Serve with Intention
Pour into your favourite cup. Take a moment to connect with your heart, set an intention, and sip slowly.

Notes

✨ Choose 100% pure coconut milk and water with no added sugars, preservatives, gums, or stabilisers — just coconut. It will make all the difference in the taste.

💛 With love,
Ashley
