Produced by the Witoca community in Ecuador's Sumaco Biosphere Reserve, Shaman is a limited-edition Fine Robusta coffee selected from the highest-scoring lots of each annual harvest.

Grown within traditional Chakra agroforestry systems, where coffee grows alongside native trees and other crops as part of a diverse forest ecosystem, Shaman showcases the remarkable quality and complexity that Amazonian coffee can achieve.

Scoring over 86 points on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale, Shaman is carefully cultivated, fermented and roasted to reveal a vibrant flavour profile with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, star fruit and rich chocolate.
