Our 1kg bag has become a favourite among daily cacao drinkers, facilitators and anyone who never wants to run out of ceremonial cacao.
Crafted from rare Arriba Nacional cacao, each batch is stone-ground into pure cacao paste before being hand-cut into rustic pieces. No two bags are ever the same, with natural variations in shape, texture and appearance reflecting genuine craftsmanship rather than factory perfection.
You may occasionally notice a delicate white marbling on the surface of some pieces. This is known as cacao butter bloom - a natural sign that your cacao is rich in cocoa butter, 100% pure and free from emulsifiers, stabilisers or unnecessary additives.
