Our 1kg bag has become a favourite among daily cacao drinkers, facilitators and anyone who never wants to run out of ceremonial cacao.
Crafted from rare Arriba Nacional cacao, each batch is stone-ground into pure cacao paste before being hand-cut into rustic pieces. No two bags are ever the same — natural variations in shape, texture and appearance reflect genuine craftsmanship rather than factory perfection.
Untempered by Design – Traditional ceremonial cacao in its most beautiful, natural form.
Less Packaging – A more sustainable choice with less waste per serving.
You may occasionally notice a delicate white marbling on the surface of some pieces. This is known as cacao butter bloom — a natural sign that your cacao is rich in cocoa butter, 100% pure and free from emulsifiers, stabilisers or unnecessary additives.
Whisk in 20-30g of chopped Pachakuti cacao, or up to 42g for a full ceremonial serving.
Sweeten with maple, honey or agave and add spices to taste (optional).
Sit. Breathe. Sip slowly.
If you’re new to ceremonial cacao, start with a smaller serving and increase gradually.
Naturally contains caffeine and theobromine.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of dogs and other pets.
If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

OUR STORY · CHAKRA AMAZÓNICA
“We don’t plant cacao in rows. We grow it in the forest.”
In the Amazon, families don't plant cacao in cleared rows. They grow it in the chakra, a garden folded into the living forest, where cultivated plants stand shoulder to shoulder with the wild trees that shade and feed them. It has been this way for ten thousand years.
“Cacao doesn’t change you. It returns you to who you already were.”

This product is the best chocolate in the market, THIS IS REAL CHOCALATE, this is what chocolate should taste like, not bitter, loaded with health benefits, improves mood, sleep quality, and very easy to use. Life changing product. I take 28 gm a day with warm water about 400 ml.
Absolutely love this cacao! Have tried so many, but this is my favourite flavour wise, and the 1kg is super amazing value for a daily drinker like myself. Absolutely love the ethos and ritual behind the brand and sourcing of the cacao too.. special spot for this!
I am in love with this! I wanted to change from the brand I have previously bought and a friend recommended Pachakuti so I thought I’d try. I absolutely love it! It is really smooth, tasty and just feels amazing to drink. I am converted and this will be the first bag of many.❤️😉
I have been using Pachakuti Cacao for a while. I drink it a couple of times a week, ans enjoy it iced or warm, and love the smooth mellow texture and flavour. I have a also used it in cooking and it is so versatile
This is the one I use with my clients too and they have all commented how they prefer Pachakuti Cacao to the previous one I used to use.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’ve now worked my way through well over 5kg of Pachacuti cacao, including the 1kg bags, artisan blocks and buttons, so I’ve had plenty of opportunity to experience the quality over time.
I can confidently say this is the best cacao I’ve had. The flavour is rich, smooth and deeply chocolatey, and the quality has been remarkably consistent across everything I’ve ordered.
What really sets Pachacuti apart for me is this particular cacao variety. It has such a distinctive flavour profile: incredibly chocolatey, soft, warm and rounded, without the pronounced bitterness I’ve found in many other varieties. It has a natural richness and depth that makes it genuinely enjoyable to drink every day rather than something you simply tolerate for the sake of the cacao experience.
What probably says the most is that I keep coming back to it. After trying plenty of cacao, Pachacuti has become the one I measure everything else against.
Absolutely excellent cacao and very easy to recommend. If you’re looking for genuinely high-quality ceremonial cacao with an exceptionally smooth, chocolate-forward flavour, this is the one I’d choose.
My morning breakfast drink of 35gm melted in water with a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt sets me up for the day ahead. A cup of pure joy.
The most amazing sacred and heart opening cacao I have experienced! It’s an honour to carry her around in our campervan and connect with her regularly. Thank you Pachakuti for bringing this to the UK. Much love 💛
It is very delicious ... I still have not connected fully to the medicine. I thought the chunks would be smaller from the image but definitely makes easier to cut. Loveky touch to include paulo santo Thankyou x
Original Cut is our most traditional ceremonial cacao format, stone-ground into a pure paste and hand-cut into natural pieces, preserving its authentic character.
None in the cacao itself. All Pachakuti ceremonial cacao is crafted from the same rare Arriba Nacional cacao, only the format differs.
Because it’s hand-cut and minimally processed, every piece is naturally unique, part of its traditional character and authenticity.
Chop or break your desired amount, add to hot water or milk and blend until smooth. It melts easily into a rich, satisfying drink.
A daily serving is 20–30g, and a full ceremonial serving is up to 42g. If you’re new to ceremonial cacao, start smaller and gradually increase to find what works best for you.
Cacao naturally contains small amounts of caffeine and theobromine. If you’re sensitive to stimulants, you may prefer a smaller serving, particularly later in the day.
A rare variety native to Ecuador, widely regarded as one of the world’s finest, known for its complex flavour and exceptional quality.

Cacao butter bloom is the natural cocoa butter rising gently to the surface over time. It is completely normal and a sign of pure, minimally processed cacao with no unnecessary additives.
Real cacao, real forest, real people. Nothing hidden.
